There are a few things in this word that I love. I can say that these things are my guilty pleasures. First and foremost: I love women. I don't really need to get into this subject, frankly, you can figure it out for yourself (without me getting into details). Next to that, I love food, scotch ( preferably a single malt, but a blended just might do), and now my newest craze, cigars. I will tell you this, starting today, I will start giving my reviews on scotch and cigars.

Now unlike my scotch palette, my cigar senses aren't at their peak yet. I can tell you one thing though. I fucking hate MonteCristos. Now, I am talking about the ones that are available inside the U.S.. I would bet that the actual Cubans probably taste quite good. I have tried numerous amounts of Cubans, but usually those cigars have been purchased right in the beginning of someones vacation - they've sat inside a suitcase for a week, and when they are brought into the country, they're left outside or put into the freezer, so I assure you my Cuban cigar experience hasn't been a good one. All I know is, I have had numerous MonteCristos from over here and they have all been terrible. They taste harsh. Most of the cigars are made in a Connecticut broad left, which I think is equivalent to smoking a Philly Blunt. ( There are some exceptions) They do not burn well at all, and they spoil very quickly. The few times I have gotten MonteCristos, I was inside a reputable cigar shop ( J&R, or my local cigar club- both have given me fresh, and great quality cigars throughout the years with no problems), and they were dry and smelt like ammonia.

Not to mention the price is ridiculous. Just like all the other big name cigar companies, like Romeo and Juliet and Cohiba: paying 12+ dollars a stick, for a shit or light cigar is pointless. I rather get 3 Oliva Maduros.

My advice, if you want to spend that type of money, get yourself a Comacho triple maduro, you won't be disappointed.
